Orders and Delivery

Direct Nutrition Australia (DNA) is committed to processing your order as quickly as possible and getting it to you promptly.

Order Processing

DNA processes all orders placed before 2pm on the same day.  This is how DNA ensures that there is no time wasted in getting your nutritional supplements directly to you.  DNA understands that your supplements are important to you!

In the rare circumstance where DNA may be out of stock of a particular product that was included in your order, the unavailable product will either be placed on backorder, or if there is extended unavailability, a DNA representative will contact you and offer the following options:

1. Substitution of the unavailable product for alternate size, flavour or brand;

2. Wait for the unavailable product to come back in stock; or

3. Refund your payment for the unavailable product.

Delivery

DNA offers prompt delivery via Fastway Couriers, which is subject to normal Fastway Delivery times.  Delivery via Fastway is best suited to physical addresses as an appointed representative will be required to sign for acceptance of the delivery. 

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery to most Capital Cities.

DNA will endeavour to deliver all orders via Fastway Couriers unless you have specifically mentioned in the “Comments” field at Checkout that you prefer Australia Post.   Australia Post will be used for deliveries if Fastway Couriers is not the most cost effective delivery solution.

Standard delivery is subject to normal Australia Post Delivery times. This is best suited for PO Box addresses and where the delivery is not required urgently. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery.

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery to rural locations or Western states.
